Birria Ramen

  This didn’t quite taste like I thought it would. Not a hit with me. The Birria broth was ok but for some reason I didn’t like it with the noodles.  The shrimp and bok choy was delicious though. Birria Ramen not for me. I forgot the egg.  But I love how the plating and photo composition turned out.
