I went to my local Asian foods store and purchased a bamboo steamer and dumplings. They were so good.
I steamed small shrimp dumplings, they tasted so yummy and the big dumplings were filled with pork.
I'm going to try to learn how to make dumplings.
My family enjoyed the dumplings. I could eat them daily if I could.

Pork lettuce wraps

Quick easy and delish recipe!
Season thin sliced pork loin with adobo, Sazon, and fresh minced garlic, sauté on olive oil until meat caramelizes and browns a bit. Add minced garlic at the end of sautéing for better taste.
Serve and wrap with butter lettuce.
