LoLa in the Kitchen

This blog is about foods I cook at home for my family. I'm not a chef, I've never been to a culinary school. I just use the skills my sweet mom taught me and use the available inmense array of information on the net and cookbooks and my favorite TV shows; I read a lot! I like improvising recipes, substituting ingredients. I've been experimenting with different, unfamiliar foods I've never tasted. I will post once in a while the recipes Ive tried.
